We held our very first Battle of the School Bands contest on Saturday evening (6th February) and what a night it was! Six bands performed made up of young people aged 11-16 from most of our local senior schools. Each and every one of them did themselves and their schools proud – a fantastic night showcasing amazing musical talent and potential. The worthy winners on the night were ‘Problematic’, the band from Elizabeth College comprising Harvey Falla on bass guitar and vocals, Harvey Page on guitar and Michael Davies on drums. These extremely talented guys have won VIP passes to Jersey Live 2016 (courtesy of our sponsors, JT), the opportunity to play on the JT stage at the event and £500 from us.
